Great Oak Summer Camp 3

Come join Great Oak for the Summer! Perfect place to be introduced to the wonderful world of horses. No experience necessary! These are inclusionary camps for riders of all abilities, and are open to anyone ages 7-12. You’ll learn how to groom, feed, tack up, horse care, ride and so much more. With 45 acres to explore, keep cool in an indoor arena with fans, a nature trail, Great Oak is the place to be this summer!

Some of the activities we will be doing this summer

• Introduction to the world of horses
• Groom, bathe, and care for horses
• Explore our property on and off the horse
• Horse knowledge: What goes into caring for them, what they eat, and how they work
• Arts and Crafts - Paint a Pony!

Great Oak offers more than horses, come and play!

• Play broomball, kickball, basketball and so much more
• Ultimate slip and slide adventure and lots of games
• Make friends and have fun
• Explore our sensory trail experience

Important Information:

• Monday, July 8th - Thursday, July 11th
• 9am - 3pm
• $400 per camper
• Snacks and water provided, camper will bring own lunch
• Camper will need to wear closed toe shoes to be around barn and horses (Helmets and boots for riding provided by Great Oak)
• Bring extra pair of clothes and towel
• Weight limit of 200lbs
